Official statistics showed that as of the end of October, China’s 3G users has reached 8.32 million, of which 4.99 million were users of China Telecom<0728><CHA>, 1.02 million were from China Unicom<600050><0762><CHU>, and 2.31 million are from China Mobile<0941><CHL>. Deputy general manager of the bank, Zheng Wei noted that the bank, unlike the bigger players, is still in its growing stage and needs to keep expanding despite the financial crisis.The bank plans to open six to ten outlets in its existing markets.
